Returns and Refunds

14-Day Right of Return: For our month-to-month subscription, if you’re not satisfied with any book you receive, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the package. The book(s) must be in their original condition, without significant damage or wear.

For our prepaid 3-, 6-, and 12-month subscriptions, you may return the subscription within 14 calendar days of receiving the first book. After this period, returns are not accepted for subsequent months unless required by law.

Return Shipping Costs: The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning the book(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending a damaged or incorrect book. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@epicbookhunt.com within the 14-day period. We will provide return instructions. If we are covering the shipping cost (due to an error), we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include the full cost of the subscription. If the original shipping fee was included in the subscription fee, it will also be refunded. However, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
